Shipping Information

It is very important to us that our customers enjoy all of our award winning products the way they were intended to be enjoyed. We want you to know that we have given the utmost care and consideration in how your gift was produced, packaged and shipped.

We will contact you to offer recommendations if we feel that your shipping destination is too hot for ground shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping a gift and we will be happy to assist! 

Order cutoff and shipping times


  • Any orders placed by 1 pm EST will be processed same day 
  • To protect your gifts, we only ship out Monday - Thursday
  • Brownie Points is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate shipping information
  • For time sensitive shipments, we encourage you to request a delivery date a day before to account for any possible shipping delays

  • Shipping Holiday Guidelines (November - December)
  • Shipping Warm Weather (May-September)

    • Max transit time is 2 days for third party carriers
    • $6.95 is added to shipping for cooler and ice pack
    • Ice packs are meant to soften during shipment
    • Local and store pickup do not require cooler and ice
    • $9.95 may be charged for over-sized gifts and larger quantities which require larger cooler and more ice packs

Local Delivery to Columbus Ohio area

  • In store pickup - Free
  • Same day courier (orders placed before noon) - $17.00
  • Ground shipping - normal third party rates apply

Standard Shipping Times

  • West coast delivery: Within 4-5 business days

  • Alaska/Hawaii delivery: Within 3-6 business days  

  • East coast delivery: Within 2-3 business days

  • Southwest delivery: Within 2-4 business days

  • Midwest delivery: Within 1–3 business days
